AllofMP3.com given 'legal okay'

A while back the International Federation of Phonographic Industries tried to get AllofMP3.com shut down, and put pressure on the Russian authorities to do so. However, as previously mentioned, Russian copyright laws cover physical media - like DVDs and CDs - and not digital files; so the site is much like an internet radio station under Russian laws, and when you download from there it's like filling up a C90 cassette with tracks off the radio... just better quality.

The IFPI are going to appeal, obviously.
