He's back

Fluff!
Phew. Fluff turned up at about 7:30pm today, wet from rain, without his collar. However, he wasn't beaten up, didn't seem skinny, and was in good health.

Little sod!

Both Jayne and me are suddenly much more relaxed than we have been all week. Our wayward son is home.

Johnny Ramone, RIP

Yesterday Johnny Ramone lost his fight against prostate cancer. The 21st Century has decimated the greatest Rock-n-Roll band in history.

Fluff is missing

Our Fluffy boy
Our lovely bundle of claws, teeth and hair, Fluff, has disappeared. He's been gone for over a week and we're rather worried, especially with the weather that we had last week. He's not a stupid cat - being a stray we've been taking care of, he's very streetwise, and he won't go near other people - but he's never been gone for more than a couple days, even when he's been on the look out for queens on heat.

So, we're worried and a bit upset right now.

Biro-Web

Further to my earlier assertion that the Radiohead website was the best website ever made ever (ever), I realise now that it has a tough fight against Biro-Web, which is insanely great, in a bit of a Pete Fowler Monsterism way.

Wallpaper for the Chav Generation

Here's my gift to the commoners of Britain, who rightly know that gold-effect chains should be thick and worn with fake 'named' sportswear and a counterfeit Burberry cap. Desktop wallpaper for your computer.

Just right-click and set as wallpaper. You want it to be tiled to get the full effect, which is a job for Desktop Properties on Windows. If you've got a Mac, then you're probably not common enough to want this adorning your desktop.

I can't help feeling sorry for Burberry, who built up a formidable reputation as outfitters for the landed gentry, only to see it torn apart by the underclass of Britain. I've even seen a two year old toddler in Burberry tracksuit, trainers, cropped hair and thick gold chain (to match his earring - nice). Sometimes it's very easy to feel superior!
