Anti-spam screensaver scrapped

Lycos's idea was too "out-there", clearly, and the powers that be on the Interweb didn't like the traffic and dubious legality of potentially downing servers. Shame. I thought it was great, as the earlier blog posting testifies. To date I've not needed generic Viagra or genuine Rolex replicas or cheaper mortgages, and should the time come that the situation changes, I certainly wouldn't be looking for them in an email that arrives unannounced in my inbox. Hey ho.
